ASC Registration for 2017-2018
Re-registration for current ASC families ended Thursday, April 6th. New family ASC registration ended in May and the program is currently full for 2017-2018 with grade level waiting lists. The registration procedures below are shared so families can register for waiting list placement.
In order to reserve space for your child(ren), please do the following:
#1. Complete the online registration form.
#2. Pay the non-refundable registration fee – $30.00 per child or $50.00 per family.
#3. Pay weekly care fees for the first and last week of 2017-2018 ASC – $150.00 per child.
Please submit fees to the attention of Ms. LaNae Horsey, 435 Creamery Way, Exton, PA 19341. Fees must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the ASC student(s) first and last names indicated on the front. Fees must be paid-in-full before a child can be placed on the waiting list and prior to a student beginning in the program.
Weekly care fees for 2017-2018 will be $75.00 per week per child regardless of the number of days your child(ren) attends. There will be no additional charge for care on scheduled early dismissal days. Additionally, weekly care fees will be adjusted for the few weeks during the school year that Collegium is only in session for a partial week (ex. Thanksgiving week). Weekly care fees are not adjusted for weather-related or emergency school closings.
Confirmation of registration will be provided via email. Once registration is confirmed, the weekly care fee is non-refundable unless Collegium is able to fill your child’s space in the program with another student. If we cannot fill the space, the weekly care fee will not be refunded.

Q. Where is ASC?
A. ASC is held in our 150, 468, and 500 Buildings. Most of the time ASC students are in the cafeteria, but ASC also uses the playground, technology lab, gymnasium, and classrooms.
Q. How do students from other CCS Buildings arrive for ASC?
A. They are accompanied by ASC staff members and we also have crossing guards to help with this process.
Q. What is the weekly care fee for ASC?
A. The 2017-2018 fee is $75.00 per child, per week, regardless of attendance. Additionally, a registration fee is required.
Q. When can I register my child for ASC?
A. Each spring, CCS families and incoming CCS families can participate in the ASC New Family Registration process for the upcoming school year. After the New Family Registration process is complete, registration materials are still accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for immediate registration or waiting list placement (depending on availability). Families are notified of their child(ren)’s registration status (either “registered” or “wait listed”) via email after their materials are submitted and processed.
Q. Can Collegium register all students for ASC?
A. No. Due to the amount of interest generated by ASC, students are registered in the program using a lottery. Families can participate in the lottery by completing the Registration process and submitting the applicable fees before the listed deadline.
Q. Is ASC provided on early dismissal days?
A. Yes, except on the last day of school. During regularly scheduled half-days, ASC students arrive at 12:15pm and can stay until 6:00pm. Lunch is provided and there is no additional fee for the lunch or extended day at ASC. Lunch details are provided to registered families a week before each scheduled half-day.
